Cannabis infused peanut butter
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1/4 cup cannabis-infused oil or cannabutter (depending on your preference and potency)
Optional: Honey or sugar to sweeten
Instructions:
1. Decarboxylate your cannabis (if you haven't already):
Preheat your oven to 240°F (115°C).
Break the cannabis into small, even pieces.
Spread it out on a baking sheet and bake for about 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even heating.
2. Make Cannabis-Infused Oil or Butter (if not already prepared):
Mix your decarboxylated cannabis with a carrier oil (like coconut oil or butter).
Heat on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Make sure not to boil.
Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth to remove the plant material.
3. Mix the Peanut Butter and Cannabis Oil/Butter:
In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and your cannabis oil or cannabutter.
Stir until evenly mixed. You can add honey or sugar to sweeten if desired.
4. Store and Enjoy:
Pour the infused peanut butter into a jar or container.
Store in the fridge to keep it fresh.
